Access to vOffice is by a user name and secure password. Passwords are required to be changed regularly to ensure that site security is maintained.
Where vOffice is accessed over the internet, SSL encryption is used ensuring that all data transmitted is secure. Secure Tunnel Certificates can also be implemented, providing online security by encrypting all IP data and masking ports for consumer protection.
All vOffice Desktop clients have their own independent virtual servers. This ensures that your systems and software are inaccessible by other vOffice clients. Access to data within client systems can be restricted to individual users or groups of users, ensuring that access to internal sensitive documents are restricted to those with permission to do so.
All vOffice servers are held in a secure Hosted Environment which ensures that only the vOffice authorised staff have access to them. Access to the server room is only at pre-arranged times and with an authorised staff member. A keypad record and video surveillance ensures the highest level of security is maintained.
